Cleveland Cavaliers Set To Clash With Golden State Warriors

Cleveland Cavaliers have qualified for the NBA final for the third season in a row after a stellar performance by Lebron James.

The Cleveland Cavaliers dominated the game against Bolton Celtics with a 135 – 102 win to set up a final another clash with the Golden State Warriors in the NBA final for yet another season after defeating the team led by Steph Curry last season.

Lebron James and Kyrie Irving teamed up to hit 79 points against their rivals to claim the top spot in the Eastern Conference finals with a 4-1 win ratio.

Lebron James leapt past NBA legend, Michael Jordan in the all-time leading goal scorer in the NPA play-offs.

Revenge Mission

Golden State Warriors will be looking to get one back at Cleveland Cavaliers after their defeat last season in the hands of the latter team, which brought Cleveland’s long-awaited major sporting trophy to the city.

The first game of the finals will take place in Oakland at the Warrior’s  Oracle Arena on the first of June 1.

The New NBA King

Lebron James became the highest scoring player in the NBA play-off after his three-pointer from the left in the third quarter of the game against Bolton Celtic.

King James as he fondly called by Basketball lovers has already won four NBA titles this year, finished the game with 35 points to set a new record of 5.995 points in just 212 NBA playoff games. But this pales in comparison with the record of Michael Jordan who clocked this mark with just 179 games.

The Cleveland Cavaliers also set another franchise record as they became the team to score most points during a quarter in the NBA playoffs with a record of 43 points within the first quarter in the game against Bolton Celtics.

All eyes will be on both Steph Curry and Lebron James as they fight for yet another Championship ring.
