    According to their LinkedIn, the employment social-networking site, Mondelez International- the company responsible for the world’s most famous chocolates, Cadbury, Milks, Prince and Oreo- has announced an opening to join their team as a professional chocolate taster to help test, perfect and launch their chocolate products all over the world.

    The Job Listing

    According to the LinkedIn job listing, Mondelez International is looking for someone with:

    • The ability to taste chocolate – and chocolate beverages- and give objective and honest feedback
    • To share opinions and collaborate with a team of panelists to reach an agreement on the taste.
    • To have a wide vocabulary to be able to describe the products and discriminate between the products.
    • Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

    This is also an entry level job, and so no years of chocolate-tasting experience is required.

    The job is located in Reading, England, out of the Mondelez building, and is offered as a part time job “to work 7.5 hours per week Tuesday-Thursday 12:15-2:45pm.”
